How to Post

This page is a quick reference for the site owner. It explains the standard format to use when publishing a job post on Jobs, Education & Tech.

Before you start

  • Read the official notification or advertisement from start to finish.
  • Never invent dates, vacancy numbers, or eligibility rules — copy them exactly from the official source.
  • Always include a link to the official advertisement or portal.

Step 1 — Duplicate the template

In the WordPress dashboard, go to Posts → All Posts, find the draft titled “TEMPLATE – How to Post a Job (Do Not Publish – Duplicate This)”, and duplicate it (clone or copy its content into a new post). Never edit or publish the template itself.

Step 2 — Choose the right category

Assign the post to exactly one category:

  • Government Jobs — public-sector recruitment notifications.
  • Private Jobs — private company openings.
  • Education & Exams — exam and education updates.
  • Tech Guides — how-to and tech content.
  • Career Tips — career advice content.

Step 3 — Fill in the Job Details table

Replace every EXAMPLE value in the Job Details table with the real information from the official notification: Published Date, Last Date to Apply, Category, Job/Department, Vacancies, Age Limit, Qualification, Location, and Official Source Link.

Step 4 — Complete each section

  • About the Job — a short summary of the recruitment in your own words.
  • Eligibility — age limit, qualification, and experience, exactly as the official notification states.
  • How to Apply — numbered steps a reader can follow.
  • Important Notes — fees, selection process, and anything unusual.
  • FAQs — answer the questions readers ask most.

Step 5 — Review and publish

Proofread the post, confirm every fact against the official source, check that the official link works, then publish. Keep the post updated if dates or details change.

Rules to remember: never publish a job without an official source link, never charge readers anything, never collect ID or bank details, and never publish fake or unverified job posts.
